Dear Cummings Family and Friends, Since I was brought up in Sidney and attended Sidney and Oakland Schools, I am always saddened when a kid I used to know passes away. Rusty was in my older sister's class, and we knew all the people who were each other's classes. I am so sorry that the passage of time has taken Rusty from you. I had hoped that advances in medicine would allow our generation to live longer lives than our parents had. I was happy to see Rusty's entrepreneurial spirit shine through in all his ventures (adventures?) in life. He will surely be missed. I am so sorry for your loss. Diana Parks
