Bob and I were in a band together with Reg Hall, Tom Bazemore and Wayne Showalter way back in the mid sixties. We were neighbors back in Dover. I am sorry We lost touch over the years. RIP

Bobby was a gregarious man, who enjoyed fun and laughter, always willing to invite a new friend to his island, and to Sing a song with anyone who wanted to sing along. I will miss Xmas at John & Eileen's with you, and the little duets we use to sing..... May the spirits carry where the sun always shines, and the living is easy. Rest in Peace Island Bob.

I’m so sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. As a teen we called him Island Bob. I remember sitting around the camp fire while he played his guitar and all singing songs with Bob, my dad and friends. He was a really nice person who cared about people. I’m so sorry for his family and friends. We won’t forget you Bob. May you Rest In Peace.
