Cynthia Marie (Small) Noyes, born on June 29, 1956, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2024, at the age of 68.

Cynthia was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. She was predeceased by her son, Michael Small, and her grandson, Lonnie McMahon. She is survived by her children: Rocky Noyes, Charles Noyes (married to Craig Noyes), and Shavonna Noyes (married to Gary Moran). She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Michael McMahon, Michael Hussey Scott, and Camilla Scott.

Cynthia was also devoted to her two beloved Chihuahuas, Precious and Minnie, who brought her great joy and companionship over the years.

Cynthia’s love for her family, friends, and furry companions was immeasurable, and her legacy lives on through the countless memories and moments she shared with those she held dear. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures and brought warmth to everyone who knew her.

In accordance with Cynthia’s wishes, no formal service will be held. Her family asks that those who knew her honor her memory in their own special way.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
