Franklin D. Robbins Obituary

Franklin Robbins, 75 of Albion passed on to his heavenly home on August 27 2024. Franklin was born in Albion to Ernest and Cora Robbins on August 25 1949.


He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for over 30 years for what is now known as Pike Industries.


Franklin is survived by his wife Cindy Robbins of Albion, daughters Mary Brochu and Nancy Leighton, and stepdaughter Macy Farrington. His grandchildren Robyn and Evan Brochu, and step granddaughter Lennon Farrington. His sisters Hilda Gay, Patricia Fogg and Dorothy Lee, several nieces and nephews including special nephew Brian Higgins.


He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Walter Robbins and Ernest Robbins Jr., and sister Winetta Higgins, and several half-brothers and sisters .


The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr. Kriegel along with the team at DCI in Fairfield and to all who assisted in his care. Especially that of his loving wife , Cindy. A family graveside service will be announced at a later date.
