Obituary of Marc Wilson Goodhart
Marc Wilson Goodhart, age 75, passed away on December 22, 2023, at his home in Bucksport, Maine, after a lengthy battle with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson’s Disease.
He was born in 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland, to Joan Florence (Fairall) and Frederick Wilson Goodhart. Marc is survived by his partner, John Adams Faulkner; his brother John Frederick Goodhart and wife Ruth of Hertford, NC; his nephew Michael Tyler Goodhart of Greenville, NC; several cousins; and his friend Richard Castonguay of Washington, ME. He is preceded in death by his parents.
As per Marc’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial service. He will be interred in the Spring at Rainbow’s End Cemetery in Orrington, ME. The family requests that in lieu of condolences or flowers, if people like they may make a contribution in Marc’s name to the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
