Survived by his wife Pamela and son Dustin who lives in Camden, ME with his wife Christy.
His sisters Cathy Allen of Wisconsin, Lorraine Mich of Wisconsin, and brother Stephen Shockley of Connecticut.
He is preceded by his mother, father, and brother Doug.
