Obituary of Robert Joseph Duquette
Robert (Bob) J. Duquette, 86 of Norridgewock passed away on March 28, 2023 at Maine General Hospital in Augusta Maine.
Born September 19, 1936 to Wilfred and Evelyn Duquette of Waterville Maine. Bob attended Winslow High school and graduated in 1954. There he met Joyce Gleason and the two married in 1956.
Bob is survived by his wife Joyce (Gleason) Duquette, daughter Lynda Quirion and her husband Dan Quirion, son Gary Duquette and his significant other Kelle Laughlin, and son Michael Duquette and his partner Mark Brooks. His loving grandsons Justin Quirion and Jared Quirion, and his great grandson Felix Quirion. Sisters Carole Hachey and Lorraine Drapeau, brother Paul Duquette and his wife Rose Duquette, sister in law Priscilla Averill as well as several nieces and nephews.
Bob owned and operated King’s Linoleum in Waterville for several years, then working for Mohawk Industries until his retirement.
