Sherman Eugene Curtis Obituary

BOOTHBAY Sherman Curtis of Boothbay, Maine passed away June 10, 2021 from complications due to Parkinson’s and heart disease. He was predeceased by his parents Alton and Irene Curtis, his sisters Beverly Greer and Carolyn Kincaid and brother Robert Curtis. He is survived by his wife Charlee Curtis, daughter Deborah Hart and husband Jonathan, son Dana Curtis, two grandchildren, Joseph and Emily Hart, step-children Sara Thompson, husband John, Anita Burdzel, husband Norman, Richard Caverly, wife Beverly Donovan, ex-wife Patricia Curtis; 14 nieces and nephews. Sherman was Past Master of Vernon Valley Masonic Lodge, member of the Scottish Rite, Royal Order of Scotland, and Pipe Major of the Kora Highlander Bagpipe Band. Per his wishes there will be no ceremony for him. He will be buried in the Maine Veterans Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.directcremationofmaine.com.
