My thoughts and prayers are with everyone Phil loved, which I imagine must be a vast multitude based on his generous nature. Although he and I never met due to COVID-19, I feel like I knew him because of his special soul which I learned about from his very special soulmate, Erin Mary Place. Know that his love for all of you is eternal and that kindred souls, I believe, will reunite in joy in the future. And that eternal love Phil has for you is, and always has been, and forever will be, with you as every gentle breeze touches your cheek while Phil goes forward as a gentle hug that will remind you of so many comforting memories. The gentle hug and and kiss of the wind will from Phil will continue to ease your pain.
