I just learned of Will's passing, and am so very sorry. Will and I met back in 1994 while he was working at Patten's Yacht Yard in Eliot, ME. My lobster boat was hauled out there at the time, and I forget how we ended up talking with each other, but we hit it off right away. It happened to be my birthday, and he put together an impromptu birthday party that night with his family and mine. He came out lobster fishing with me and we got together a few more times before he headed up to the mid-coast area. We kind of lost touch, but reconnected again briefly about ten years later, only to lose touch again. It was while I was looking him up to have him do a small canvas job that I found out that he's no longer with us. He was such a great guy and easy to get to know. I will miss him.
