ARTHUR PETER PSARROS, 64, of Harrison Maine, died June 24, 2009 at the Hospice House in Auburn, Maine after a long illness. Arthur was born December 17, 1944 in Lynn, Massachusetts the son of the late Peter and Victoria Psarros. Arthur honorably served his country in the US Army from 1964 until 1970. He was a life member of the Franco American Veterans Post 151 in Lynn, Massachusetts and the American Legion Post 155 in Naples, Maine. Arthur was a member of the Salem Chapter of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club from 1969 until 1972. His love of travel took him to Greece, Holland, Mexico and the Caribbean seeking the warmth of the sun with his wife Tonya. Arthur is survived by his devoted wife Tonya of 32 years, his son Richard Psarros of New York and Boston, his beloved daughters Elizabeth and husband Joseph Jones of Georgetown Massachusetts; Gina Psarros of Harrison, Maine; granddaughters Chloe and Emma Jones of Georgetown, Massachusetts; grandson Peter Verney of Harrison Maine; sisters Nancy Sorokoff; May Konis; Jennifer Argiropoulis; Christina Pantazopoulis; and brother Charles Psarros. Arthur was predeceased by his brother Peter, all of Massachusetts. There will be a gathering and interment with Father Theodore N. Toppses at the family home 141 Edes Falls Rd. Harrison, Maine on July 5,2009 from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. Arrangements under the care of Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home 182 Waldo Avenue Belfast. Family and friends are welcome.
