LEONARD W. HARVEY JR. died July 2, 2009 at a local healthcare facility. He was born in Bangor November 4, 1946, the son of Leonard and Evelyn (O’brien) Harvey Sr. He worked for years locally in the poultry industry. He enjoyed yard work, fishing, hunting, and raising animals. He is survived by a son, Leonard W. Harvey III of Waldo; a sister, Catherine and her husband David Dawson of Prospect; a friend, Wayne Lewis of Northport; one niece and four nephews. Graveside services will be held Saturday July 18th at the Grove Cemetery in Belfast. Friends are asked to make donations to the Bangor Humane Society in his memory. Arrangements are under the care of Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home 182 Waldo Avenue Belfast, Maine.
