Charles Fuller Obituary

Charles “Cliff” Fuller III, 63 of Swanville passed away April 7, 2010 at Togus. He was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island April 14, 1946, the son of Charles C. Fuller II and Janice (Orr) Fuller. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968-1971 and was decorated for his service in the Vietnam War. He was a graduate of Boston University and Vermont Law School and was a practicing attorney in Maine where he served in First District Federal Court and U.S. Supreme Court. He was a member of VFW, American Legion, American Trial Lawyers Association, Maine Trial Lawyers Association, Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He was a practitioner in Maine from 1991 until recently. He is survived by his wife, Laura Cote of Swanville and his children Jessica and C. Clifton IV. Visiting hours will be held from 10-12 p.m. Saturday, April 17th at Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast where a funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Burial will be held at Maine Veterans Cemetery on April 21st at 10 a.m. On-line condolences may be offered at www.ripostafh.com.
