Obituary of Arlene Hemmingsen

Arlene C. Hemmingsen, 91 of Belfast passed away on Thursday November 25, 2010 in Belfast. She was born on January 6, 1919 in Bangor, Maine the daughter of Fred and Edith (Dow) Estabrook. Arlene enjoyed raising her family, as well as hunting, fishing with her husband, and loved watching wildlife. Arlene is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, Edward Hemmingsen of Belfast; her children Nancy Caldwell of Massachusetts, and Edward Hemmingsen and wife Judy of Belfast; her siblings Gerry, Dean and Phillip Estabrook; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on December 2, 2010 at Penobscot Shores at 11:00 am. Arrangements are under the care of Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home 182 Waldo Ave. Belfast.
