Obituary of Linda Lil Fuller

LINDA “LIL” D. FULLER, 61 of Belfast, passed away January 3, 2011 in Bangor. She was born on July 26, 1949 in Belfast, the daughter of Linwood and Rachel (Dickey) Fuller. Linda enjoyed her time spent with friends at A.A. and her church family at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was involved with the Hospice Volunteers of Waldo County and was a champion raffle ticket seller, specifically for Special Olympics. She enjoyed watching and attending sports events, especially Miami Dolphins. She loved children, especially caring for Zachary and Julie Darres. She is predeceased by her parents; a brother Stephen Fuller; and nephew Michael Fuller II. Survivors include her loving siblings, Sharon Fuller and friend Verna Eldridge of Veazie, Michael Fuller of Islesboro, Pam Scott and husband Arthur of Morrill, Trish Fuller of Belfast, and Heidi Howie and husband Stacy of Belfast; her nieces and nephews, Christopher and Shawn O’Brien, Natasha Scott and fiancé Elvis Penney, Ashley Clarke and fiancé Chris Gray, Michael Redding, Amber Fuller and fiancé Justin Haver, Dylan Frank, Ayla Fuller; two great-nieces, Hayley Haver and Mya Gray; special friend Rosemary Prescott-Jones and her family. Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, January 15th at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Route 3, Belfast. A graveside burial will be held in the spring. Those who wish may make memorial contributions in her memory to Hospice Volunteers of Waldo County, PO Box 772, Belfast, ME 04915.
