Obituary of Patricia A. Carroll

Patricia A. (Corson) Carroll 70 of Alfred, Maine died January 22, 2012 at her daughter Tracy's home surrounded by loved ones after her fight with cancer. She will join her mother Dorothy M. (McIntyre) Corson- Stacy. She is survived by her daughters Sharon Boyd and her husband Gene from Wells, Maine, Tracy Baldwin her husband Gary from Alfred, Maine and Dale LaPointe from Wells, Maine, six grandchildren Alie Charpentier, Jessica Boyd, Timothy Kelleher, Ashleigh Hamilton, Samuel LaPointe, and Jamie LaPointe, one great-grandchild Clementine Powell born January 16,2012. Also survived by her two sisters Jeanne Delaney and her husband Daniel of Tewksbury, MA and Sharon Thomas and her husband Joseph of Reading, MA and two sisters-in-law Ellen Corson of Wilmington, MA and MaryLou (Corson) Gianni and her husband Frank. Also a large family of nieces and nephews are mourning. She will be at peace joining her two brothers Donald (Butch) Corson (2007) and Dennis Corson (2004). A Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. Followed by a luncheon will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012 at Wells/Ogunquit Center at Moody, 300 Post Road, (Route 1) Wells, Maine from 1:00 - 4:00pm. Nanny would want this to be a celebration of her life and children are absolutely welcome. In lieu of flowers a donation at Patsy's Place on Caring Bridges at Brigham and Women's Hospital can be made.
