Obituary of Kathleen R. Hazard

Kathleen R. Hazard died unexpectedly from natural causes on February 21, 2012, in Milford, Massachusetts. Kate was born in Augusta, Maine, May 24, 1972, daughter of Paul and Linda (Bates) Hazard. She graduated from Belfast Area High School, class of 1990, and graduated from Middlebury College in 1993, where she studied Russian and Film/Video. Kate worked in Saint Petersburg, Russia, after graduation and then moved to the Boston area, where she worked for Psyche Systems (a medical software company) as a technical writer and quality assurance analyst. She is survived by her father, Paul L. Hazard of Belfast; her sister and brother-in-law, Molly Hazard and Paul Mohler of Cary, North Carolina; nieces and nephew Kathryn, Caroline, and Andrew Mohler of Cary, North Carolina; special aunt, uncle, and cousins, Laurel, Greg, Michelle and Tyler of Fair Haven, Vermont.
