Obituary of Doris A. Eaton

YARMOUTH -- Doris A. Eaton (nee Van Blaricum), cherished wife of David E. Eaton, her husband of 60 years, and beloved mother of David, Rebecca and Christopher, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012. Her children were by her side.Doris grew up in Cape Elizabeth, graduated from the Gorham School for Teachers, and taught in Falmouth. Although she spent much of her adult life away, Doris recently returned to Maine to live in Yarmouth. She was active in the church, sang in the choir, and loved baking, gardening and travel.
