Obituary of April D. Thorburn

APRIL D. THORBURN, 50 of Belmont, went to be with the Lord after an unexpected death on September 29, 2012. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Daniel W. Thorburn of Belmont; two children, Jessi M. Piper of Rockland, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Piper III of Rome, ME; her mother and husband Mr. and Mrs. Howard Doolin of Belfast; two sisters, Vicki Skillings of Belfast, Bonnie McIntyre and husband Carl of Frankfort; one brother James E. Littlefield and wife Wanda of Edgecomb; four precious grandsons who were her pride and joy, Zechariah Troy Curtis, Justin Miton Piper, Elias Jacob Brown and Brandon Michael Piper; Wally and Carol, her father-in-law and mother-in-law of Belmont; as well as many friends and special co-workers of Quarry Hill in Camden where she was employed as a CNA for 25 years. She will be forever loved and missed. Family and friends are invited to call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 3rd at Riposta Funeral Home, Belfast.
