Obituary of Jake Elliott Dyer
Jake Elliott Dyer, 3 months old of Northport, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 4, in Portland. He was born July 5, 2012, in Belfast. He is predeceased by his great-grandparents, Elliott and Irene Ward and Carlton Smith and Helen Smith.
Jake is survived by his loving mother, Lyn Dyer of Northport; his three sisters, Emily, Kelci, and Peyton; his maternal grandparents, Roger and Beverley Smith of Searsport; his great-grandmother, Kay Smith of Connecticut; aunts and uncles, Wes Smith of Searsport, Debbie Patten and husband Carroll of Searsmont, Belinda Greenleaf and husband Butch of South Carolina, Paul Whitney and wife Regina of Searsport, Karen Philbrook and husband Kurt of Ashland; several other great-aunts and great-uncles; numerous cousins.
Visiting hours will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 9, with a funeral service at 1 p.m. at Church of the Nazarene, Swan Lake Avenue, Belfast. Burial will be at Bowditch Cemetery.
