Obituary of Hazel Harvey Ellis

HAZEL (HARVEY) ELLIS, 86, passed away November 19, 2012 at Belfast. She was born in Belfast on April 20, 1926 to Alice (Harvey) Gustavson. Hazel enjoyed ministering to others by going to nursing homes and playing her harmonica, handing out church pamphlets. Her church was very important to her. She enjoyed listening to Christian music, taking rides, visiting family and friends. Hazel was a loving, caring woman who loved her family dearly. She carried a family photo album with her to share with everyone she saw. She is predeceased by her first husband of 49 plus years, Elmer Harvey; Aunt Maude McAuley and grandson Michael Allen. Hazel is survived by her husband of 18 plus years, Randy Ellis of Belfast; her children, Linda Cunningham and husband Donald of Searsmont, Wayne ”Sonny" Harvey and wife Joann of Seattle, WA, Keith Harvey and wife Linda of Belfast, Cynthia Potvin and husband Philip of Searsmont, Steven Harvey and wife Joan of Union, Jeff Harvey and wife Joy of Lewiston; special cousin Larry McAuley; sisters in law, Carolyn Rideout and husband Paul, Edith Phillips and husband Lee, Lisa Lear, Sharon Corbett and husband Danny; brothers-in-law, Junior Harvey and wife Rena, Tom Harvey and wife Mary; 25 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
