Obituary of Lawrence Hawkeye Higgins
LAWRENCE “HAWKEYE” HIGGINS, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends on June 13, 2013 at the age of 93. Lawrence served proudly in the Army during World War II. He worked for Matthew Brothers as a window glazer for 31 years. He then retired to his home in Morrill where he enjoyed life with family and friends.
Lawrence is survived by his wife of 66 years, Maude “Pee-Wee” Higgins of Morrill; daughter Julie Belcher and husband Ted of Morrill, daughter Judith Hall and husband Red of Belfast, son Joseph Higgins and fiancé Tish of Morrill; grandchildren Kimberly Reynolds, Daniel Reynolds and wife Marie, Lisa Ryder and husband Lee, Jessica Belcher and husband Stacy, Terry Reynolds Jr., Travis Marriner, Tyler Higgins, Dana Higgins, Alexander Higgins; great-grandchildren, Dwayne Davis II, Mindy Davis, Michael Davis, Roger Ryder, Ashlie Belcher, Terri Belcher, Natasha Ryder, Christpher Reynolds, Quentin Marriner; 1 great-great grandchild Heaven Leigh Reynolds.
