Obituary of Carolyn M. Thomas

Carolyn M. Thomas, 60, of Monroe passed away on June 28, 2013, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born August 18, 1952 in Bangor, daughter of the late Harold and Helen (Austin) Martin. Carolyn lived her life for her family and was an amazingly loving doting grandmother. She enjoyed raising her children and being a supportive wife, mother and grandmother. Carolyn enjoyed traveling all over with her family, especially to Atlantis in the Bahamas. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Robert Thomas of Monroe, her children: Wendy Bamford and former husband Donald of Brockton, MA, Stacy Blundell and her husband Bryan of Bridgewater, MA, Mark Thomas and his wife Aislinn of Bridgewater, MA and Joel Thomas of Monroe. Carolyn also leaves behind her wonderful grandchildren, Bryan, Jr. “Little B” and the soon to arrive Connor, who Carolyn was anxiously awaiting to meet, her sister Barbara Knowles and husband John of NC, special cousins the Pritchard Family of CT, NY and FL and also her Aunt Goldie Hood of Monroe. Graveside services will be held on 10 am Saturday July 6, 2013 Mt. Prospect Cemetery at 155 Mt. Prospect Street, Bridgewater, MA.
