Obituary of Diane E. Stevens

DIANE E. STEVENS, 56, passed away July 3, 2013 at her home in Monroe. She was born in Deer Isle on July 5, 1956, a daughter of Charles and Marlene (Eaton) Stevens. She was an avid Boston Red Sox fan who enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles and on-line games. She was predeceased by her parents and a son, Jonathan. Survivors include her children, Tammy Watts and husband Chris of Lincolnville, Jason Batchelder and partner Shannon of Maryland; two sisters, Darlene Peak of Searsport, Molly Stevens of Belfast; eight grandchildren, Christopher and wife Ashley, Matthew, Nicholas, Bradlee, Mikaela, Emma, Jonathon, Taylor; one great-granddaughter Quinn; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. July 13 at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast.
