Obituary of Eleanor M Cunningham

ELEANOR M. CUNNINGHAM, 85, passed away August 9, 2013 at Bangor. She was born in Belfast November 16, 1927, a daughter of Russell and Isabelle Palmer. She worked at the fish and the poultry factories when she was young and later enjoyed years of working as a CNA. She was a member of Mystic Grange. Eleanor loved tending her flower beds and indoor plants. She was predeceased by a sister Rose Marie, brothers Maurice and George; grandson Kenny, son-in-law Raymond Rumney. Eleanor is survived by her children, Paul Cunningham and companion Kathy Roman of Stockton Springs and Joyce Rumney of Corinth; a sister, Gloria Jean Gordon and husband “Red” of Belfast; four grandchildren, Kathy, Karen, Linwood, Grayling; four great-grandchildren, Peter, Parker, Christopher, Sean; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be held at 11 a.m. August 17th at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast. Burial will follow at Northport Cemetery.
