Obituary of Albert Wilfred Choate

Albert Wilfred Choate 85, a resident of Rumford Community Home passed away in his sleep on November 2nd, 2013. He formerly resided in Harwinton, CT. Albert was born in Fayette, Maine on April 20th, 1928 to Harris Harold Choate Sr and Inez (Russell) Choate. He attended schools in Fayette and Kents Hill. Albert was active in the United States Navy during WWII. His hobbies included restoring old vehicles, boating, riding his motorcycles, travelling, leaf peeping, and residing in the home he himself built. He worked for Pratt & Whitney, New Departure, and he retired from GH Russell Company, all located in Connecticut. Albert was predeceased by his parents, his brothers Wilbur Russell, Lloyd, Harris Harold Jr, Herbert, his sisters Hilda, Winnefred, Glenora, Pauline, Dorothy. Survived by his sister Virginia Nottage of Nevada, several nieces and nephews and his three god-sons David, Scott and Chris Gagnon.
