As well as by several cousins.
When Sarah left the state of Maine she never could have imagined the life that God had in store for her. She experienced life all over the world, literally, because of her husband’s job in the ARMY. She made lifelong friends in each of those places, touching and being touched by each person. God gave her the grace to work, for years, in geriatrics and then, these past few years, as a caregiver for her husband, Howard. She showed people what it looked like to truly live with the redemption of Christ in their lives and she was willing share it. Regardless of any kind of suffering that she experienced in her life she trusted that the Lord had a better plan and come out all the more firm in her foundation. She was the most beautiful person and her presence will be greatly missed.
We love you truly, madly and deeply. And we were the lucky ones.
A funeral service along with her father Frederick Carter Jr. will be held 11 am Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Morrill Baptist Church in Morrill followed by interment at Morrill Village Cemetery. A reception will be held at the church following the committal prayers.
