Obituary of Lance Edward Blair

MORRILL LANCE E. BLAIR,(fella), 50 of Morrill, passed away on April 11, 2015 with his wife and family by his side. He went to that better place he used to speak of. He was born and raised in El Paso, Texas where he graduated from Coronado High School. He was predeceased by his parents, Jerry and Barbara Blair, a brother Douglas; sister Carol Marston, father-in-law Lawrence Doolan and Zeke his special friend. Lance is survived by his wife of 12 years, Lawrene (Doolan) Blair of Morrill; his children Allen Blair and Allannah "Alli" Blair, both of El Paso, Texas; siblings, Barbara Cook and husband Ron of Searsport, Donna Medford and husband Henry of Warren, Kelli Gifford and husband Brice of Warren, Richard Blair of Portland, Bob Blair and wife Joni of Liberty, Jerry "Chuggy" Blair of Danbury, CT; mother-in-law Donna Doolan and friend Steve Haskell of Palermo, Brothers-in-law Donny Doolan and partner Karen of Morrill, Larry Doolan and wife Tara of Morrill, and Fred Knight and wife Eileen of Cushing; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins as well as his dog Duchess, Lucky the cat. A memorial gathering for Lance will be held from 2-5 p.m. Saturday April 18th at Waldo Community Hall, Route 131, 629 Waldo Station Road. Those who wish may make donations in Lance's memory to your favorite animal rescue/shelter. Graveside services will be held at a later date @ Littlefield Family Cemetery in Waldo, ME.
