Obituary of Keith D. Howard

NORRIDGEWOCK - Keith D. Howard, 84, died peacefully at his home on June 9, 2015, with family and friends by his side. Keith was born in East Dixfield on June 13, 1930, son of Leo and Leona (Foster) Howard. He loved his work as a barber and particularly enjoyed his time spent fishing and boating. Keith was pre-deceased by his parents, brother Ernest Howard and daughter Christine Howard. He is survived by long-time companion Barbara Nickerson of Norridgewock and three children: son, Charles Howard of Carmel, CA and daughters Robin Howard of Merced, CA and Pamela Heberling of Akron, NY. He also leaves behind four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and good friends Edward Hendron and Elizabeth Emerine. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Congregational Church on River Road in Norridgewock on June 13th at 2:00pm. Donations may be made in Keith's name to Maine General Hospice.
