Obituary of Patricia A. Sullivan

DEXTER - Patricia A. Sullivan (Judkins), 82, went to be with the lord peacefully at Dexter Health Care on August 15, 2015. She was born on April 26, 1933 at Dover South Mills, Maine to Clyde and Clarice (Pratt) Judkins. She was predeceased by her parents; husbands, Theodore Page, Arland Hersey, and Joseph Sullivan; and her sisters and brothers. She is survived by one sister, Phyllis J. Doore of Sangerville; her sons, Steven Page of Saco, David Hersey and his partner, Kelly of Orono, and Mark Sullivan and his wife Sherrie of Peterborough, New Hampshire; a daughter, Sheryl Smith and her husband, Rick Smith of Old Orchard Beach. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Patricia was a 5th generation grandmother. The family would like to express their sincere thanks of appreciation to Dexter Health Care staff for all their generous support and care of their loved one for many years. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's memory may be made to the Alzheimers Association of Maine, 383 Us Route 1 # 2C Scarborough, Maine 04074. There will be a graveside service with her son, Mark Sullivan officiating for family and close friends. The service will be held at the Dover Cemetery on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at noon with a celebration of her life to follow at her favorite place, Sebec Lake.
