He enjoyed several of his retirement years preparing residential inspections for Allen Insurance. He enjoyed the fellowship of his many friends at the West Rockport Baptist Church, as well as his flying buddies at the flying field in Union. Every weekend you could find him doing what he loved best, building and flying his radio controlled planes. He loved camping and the many friends he made across the state. His presence was immense and he will live in our hearts always. His love of his family was great. There was nothing he couldn't do to help out when needed.
