Obituary of Kenneth M. Jordan
Kenneth Mark Jordan, 68, of Bucksport, graduated Home to be with his Lord and Savior November 9, 2018, with family at his side.
Born to Richard and Mary Jordan, April 8, 1950, Ken had many wonderful memories with siblings Rick, Tim, and Nancy (Chute) in Brewer.
Ken was predeceased by his first beloved wife, Dawn (Taite) Jordan.
Ken, an electrician at LaClaire Electric with longtime friend Gary LaClaire, graduated Brewer class of '68. He greatly enjoyed all God's creations with his wife Beth (Rushmore McCann) Jordan, bird watching, kayaking, whale watching, learning everything, playing card games with friends, classic autos, crosswords, fishing, collecting die cast cars, and Men's Bible Study, friends.
Mostly enjoyed are his cherished family. Children Melissa and husband David Engelsberg, Matthew Jordan, Michael Jordan, Daniel Jordan, Scott and wife Sarah Jordan, Jenny Jordan, Don and wife Lish McCann, David and wife Lindsy McCann, Nathan and wife Martha McCann, Nia McCann, and daughter of his heart Brittany Low. Grandchildren were the light of his life: Marcy and Carrie Low, Ryan and Megan Engelsberg, Spencer, Riley, Garrett, and Addilyn Jordan, Braiden Malloch, Hannah, Andy, Abby, Ella, Levi, Believe, Yael, Hadara and Ribkah McCann.
Ken, a kind gentle man, lived fully, loved unconditionally, “Let us exalt His (God's) Name together – forever” was who he was. Ken wanted you to know that You Are Loved by the God Who created the whole universe, God who held nothing back to bring you to Him! Know You Are Loved!
Ken attended Calvary Baptist Church Brewer all his life, extremely grateful to those that invested in sharing God's love and truth.
Thank you to the many dear people that have supported and blessed Ken and family through this cancer journey. Each is cherished.
Donations in Ken's memory may be made to a Children's Fund in Ngollar, Senegal, Africa, a people dear to Ken's heart, through Calvary Baptist Church, Brewer.
A celebration of Kenny's life with fellowship following will be at Calvary Baptist Church, 61 State Street, Brewer, Maine on November 24 at 2. Kenny Stories are welcome to be shared!
