Dear Jeff and Family: I enjoyed talking with your Mom whenever we met in Calais, Robbinston, or Eastport. She was always smiling whenever we met. She adored her family. You have wonderful memories of growing up in Robbinston with parents who wanted only the best for you. You have been a wonderful son. Her memories will live on in you and your family. Hugs from Columbus, Ohio...Jean Perry Elsemore

Dear Jeff, We were so sad to read n this morning's Bangor Daily News of Barbara's passing. Colin emailed me the link to the obituary, and I went to this web page. I've missed stopping in to visit with her in these recent years, and we miss her terribly at church. However, we've been so glad that she was in a good place that she clearly liked and near those whom she loved the most. That was a great gift to her for her final years - getting time with grand AND great-grandchildren. I can just imagine her loving reading to them, and they will have good memories to keep, too. We would really like to be able to have your address, altho' we have had hers, of course. Especially we would want to be able to let you know of any who make gifts to the church in her memory. How generous of you to have thought to include us, though, perhaps it was her intention. You are in our thoughts and prayers, With sympathy and love, Ann & Ken Carter
