Obituary of William A. Hale

William “Billy” A. Hale, 62, of Norridgewock died on March 31, 2018 at his home. He was born on September 26, 1955 in Augusta the son of William and Faye (Niles) Hale. Graduating class of 1973 from Cony High School he went on to attend trade school and obtain his Master Electrician license. Billy worked at the Madison paper mill for over 30 years until his retirement. He enjoyed woodworking and making furniture as well as metal work. Billy also enjoyed his motorcycle and his dog. He is predeceased by his father and his wife Marie Lancaster-Hale. Billy is survived by his mother Faye of Augusta; brothers Douglas Hale and wife Rose of Augusta, Steven Hale and wife Lucinda of Palermo; several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held by the family. Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to any Animal Shelter of one’s choice.
