Obituary of Ronald Augostino Giusto

Ronald Augostino Giusto, 76, of Belmont, passed away March 21, 2016 after an extended illness. Ronald was born in Petaluma, CA to Helen and John Giusto on June 25th, 1939. He served in the US Navy 1957-59. He married Valerie Moody on October 17th, 1958 in Lincolnville, ME. He moved to Napa, CA with his wife and kids in 1963. There he worked for Culligan Water and later as a pipe fitter at Kaiser Steel. He and his wife moved back to Maine to be near their grandchildren in 1986. He then worked as a pipe fitter for Bath Ironworks until his retirement. Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, John Giusto and Helen Giusto-Savano, and wife, Valerie Giusto. Ronald is survived by his two brothers Richard Giusto and John Giusto; his daughter Susan Robinson and husband David Robinson, daughter Laurie Giusto, and daughter Sharon Simmons and husband Pete Simmons; four granddaughters Megan Ryan, Sarah Burnside, Jamie Robinson and Melissa Simmons; and two great grandsons; Caleb Ryan and Barrett Wilson. Services to be held at Lassell Cemetery, Moody Mountain Road, in Searsmont on June 26th at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Foundation http://mainecancer.org
