Lorry Durkee Brown Obituary
Lorry Lee Durkee Brown was born April 20, 1968 at Acadia Hospital in Bar Harbor, Maine. She passed away on September 15, 2023 after a 2 1/2 year battle with glioblastoma, a rare form of brain cancer.
Lorry attended George’s Valley High School and over her life became well traveled. She is survived by her parents, Manford and Patricia; her siblings, Larry, Buffy, Randy, Manny, Leonard, Kevin and Cheryl, her husband Lester; her two daughters, Christie and her husband, Ryan and their daughters Scarlet and Violet and Allaura and her children, Jessica, Jordan, Aryanna, Skyy and Ava.
The family will hold a celebration of life on October 7, 2023 at the St. George Odd Fellows Hall at 2 pm. Donations are welcome to cover funeral costs. There is a Gofundme set up under Lorry Durkee Brown. Memories and condolences may be shard on her tribute wall.
