Michelle Ann (Brewer) Brooks passed June 28th, 2023 at Maine Medical Center in Portland. 

She was born in Augusta General Hospital March 2, 1968 to Louise Brewer Stearns and the late Harris Brewer. 

Michelle lived in Rockland Maine for most of her younger years and also attended Rockland Schools. She has lived in Bangor, Waterville, Florida and settled in Portland. Michelle is survived by her daughter Jada and two grandsons, Shayne and Sylas, of Maine; her Mother Louise Brewer Stearns of Inglis, FL; sister Lori Dubord (Brewer) and sister Lynn Brewer both of Florida; brother Wayne Brewer of PA; half-brothers Mike Brewer of Maine and Carl Brewer of Mass.

She also leaves behind nieces and nephews: Shawn Eaton, Jessica Grierson, Ryan Ames, Kimberly Alderman and Kenneth Alderman; Sam, Mathew, Blake, Wayne Jr, Harris and Katie Brewer as well as many cousins and friends. Michelle also leaves behind her Baby Kitty (cat) that now resides with her niece Jessica.

Our family would like to thank Opportunity Alliance and her case workers Claire, Kate and Niki as well as all the staff that worked with Michelle over the years. She was truly loved by them all.

Arrangements are being made through Direct Cremation of Maine. The family has decided to have a private celebration of life at a later date.
