“ Michael R. Miele Sr. —  Born June 13, 1971 and passed away August 16, 2026 at the age of 55

Michael was born and raised in Lowell Massachusetts where he graduated from LHS and attended the LPN program at the GLRVS. He and his mother were the first mother/son pair to graduate from the nursing program at the same time, an achievement he was very proud of. He met his wife while they were both working at the same nursing home. They married in 2006 and would be celebrating their 20th anniversary this November. He loved spending time outdoors with his family by the fire, going to the mountains, fishing and keeping up with New Englands sports teams and collecting cards and memorabilia. 

He leaves his wife Jennifer Miele. His children Michael R. Miele Jr., Jaime E. Miele, and Thomas D. Miele. And his beloved and only grandchild, Rosalie M. Miele. She was his pride and joy and anyone who knew him knew how he adored her. He sadly was predeceased by his first child Justin A. Gonyea. As well as his parents Frank Miele and Catherine Miele. Survived by his step mother Dorothy Miele. He leaves four sisters; Janice and her husband Tom Grandy of Baltimore, MD, Gloria and her husband William Foley of Plymouth, MA, Irene Collette and and her companion Daniel Bonanno of Bellingham, MA, and Carolyn Lavigne of Skowhegan, ME. He also leaves two brothers; William Miele and Frank and his wife Ivy Miele both of Lowell, MA. He also leaves behind his brother in law Kennith Collette. Predeceased by brothers Wayne Miele and Anthony Miele. He will be missed dearly by his many many nieces and nephews.
