Peter A. Lazure, passed away peacefully at home, with family by his side. Friday, May 29th, 2026.

Survived by his Wife of 28 years Denise Lazure. His four sisters, Alice Stoddard from New Hampshire, Theresa Lazure from Connecticut, Anita Bell from Maine and Rita Hershberger from Virginia. His children, Amanda Gaines from Pennsylvania, Peter Lazure Jr. from Pennsylvania, Meghan Lazure from Pennsylvania. His stepchildren, Jason Keller from Pennsylvania, Alicia Morris from Maine. 11 beautiful grandchildren and 2 handsome great grandsons. Along with several nieces and nephews.

Peter proudly served his country. He enjoyed very much being a sous chef or just cooking at home. He was a big New England Patriots fan along with cheering on NotreDame. He had a passion for music, Elvis Presley being his biggest inspiration, whether he was playing his guitar singing or dancing at the Soc Hop. He held a special place in his heart for dogs. Most of all his best days were at home with his wife and dogs watching football.

He will be very missed by so many, especially the ones that called him “Promto Pete” or “Elvis”
