Terri Lynn “TeTe” Bailey-DePalma, 52, passed away with her family by her side on April 13, 2026. Born on June 30, 1973, in Frankfurt, Germany, Terri spent most of her life in Waterville and Fairfield, Maine, where she built a life centered around family, compassion, and connection.

Terri dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a Registered Nurse, a role that reflected her naturally kind and selfless spirit. She had a deep love for the beach, where she found peace collecting shells and rocks. Above all else, Terri treasured time with her family. She could often be found at the hockey rink or the sidelines of Matthew’s and Austin’s games, proudly cheering them on, or spending time with her grandchildren, whom she adored and cared for often.

Terri will be remembered for her warmth, her unwavering willingness to help others, her bright smile, and her contagious laugh. She had a beautiful sense of humor and a way of making everyone around her feel loved.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Louis DePalma; her mother, Juanita Danforth; her sons, Matthew Woodbury and his wife Ashley, and Austin Woodbury; and her cherished grandchildren, Greyson, Colin, Grady, and Paisley, who knew her as “Mammy TeTe.” She is also survived by her siblings, Roger Reynolds Jr. and his wife Merlyn, Brenda Jewell, Dede Ames and her husband Matt, Tammy Violette and her husband Steve, and Alicia Goodine and her husband David, along with many extended family members and friends.

Terri was predeceased by her father, Dennis Bailey; her aunt, April Flood; her uncles, Bill Danforth, Calvin Danforth, Junior Danforth and Teddy Danforth; and her beloved grandson, Griffin Woodbury.

A celebration of life will be held April 26th at St. Bridget Center, 864 Main Street, Vassalboro, Maine, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. All family and friends are warmly invited to attend. Condolences, memories, and photographs may be shared with the family here on the obituary tributes page.
