Hazel E. (Scoville) Avery, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to many passed away on November 25, 2025.

Hazel was born September 14, 1931, in Lubec Maine to Merle and Lorena (Moores) Scoville.  She was predeceased by her loving husband Paul A. Avery; her parents, her brothers Merril, Grayson, Clifton, and Guilford, and by her sisters Evelyn, Caroline, Elizabeth, and Betty.

Hazel is survived by her children Dana, Greg, and Joan; her 5 grandsons and 17 great grandchildren and her brother Bernard.

Hazel's kindness, generosity, and love for her family will forever live on in the hearts of those whose life she touched.
