Bobby Joe Bailey passed peacefully at home on March 8, 2025, with his wife at his side. Bobby fought a courageous battle with Stage 4 prostate cancer for the past 5 + years. But he enjoyed every day to its fullest.

Bobby and Kathaleen moved from Brunswick to Pittston where they made their home and became members of the First Congregational Church of Pittston, in which they both are serving in the Lord at Sunday services and weekly Bible studies, Prayer Warrior and many outreach programs including the Pittston Fair and the Church Holiday craft fair.

Bobby enjoyed taking day trips with Kathaleen to Popham Beach, Lands’ End, and trips to the hills of Bethel to visit Kathaleen’s brother. He loved spending time with the family at many family gatherings and also enjoyed spending time with his brother-in-law Bruce and his wife Vicky. He spent many days enjoying the simple things in life with Kathaleen.
