Roy Alan Gross, 59, passed away on December 27, 2020. He was born October 23, 1961 in Skowhegan, Maine, son of Alvin and Constance Marie (Benjamin) Gross.
Roy was an amazing, loving and caring person, and a very devoted father to his only child, Mindy Sue Gross. Roy was a very giving man, always ready to help anyone. He attended Carrabec High School. He enjoyed working on cars and spending time with family.
In addition to his parents, Roy was predeceased by brothers Jack and John Gross.
Roy is survived by his daughter Mindy Sue Gross, brother Jimmy Gross and wife Bonnie of Madison, sister Bonnie Tibbetts and husband Edward, and brother Roger Gross, all of New Portland. Also survived by son in law Jacob Virgin and granddaughter Ariyah Virgin, and several nieces and nephews. He will be missed by good friends Troy Ginese, Jacob Tilton, Mya Thayer and Tammy Bowden. Special thank you to nephew Adam Gross and wife Christi.
There will be a get together for family members and friends to be decided at a later date.
