Lori worked for Brian and me cleaning and loving up our house in Boothbay for years, as did her sister Linda before her. But she was so much more than a housekeeper to us. A friend, a confidant, a lover of dogs, a singer, she was all these things - Lori could clean, sing, and throw the ball for our dog while she was with us, all at the same time. A lover of life, with a sweet, generous spirit and - a wonderful sense of humor - her presence is still very much here on McDonald Lane, and she will be greatly missed. Ellen McDonald

I’m heartbroken to hear of Lori’s passing. Her contagious joy and her laugh are fresh in my memory, though I haven’t seen her in years. My deepest condolences to her family and friends on the loss of such an amazing person.
